Magnolia Gardens offers 14 different floor plans.  Choose from studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments designed with your comfort, safety and convenience in mind. Each private apartment includes a kitchenette and bathroom with many safety features.  A personal emergency response system is available in the bathroom and living area of each residence for individual care 24-hours a day. Residents bring their own furnishings and possessions to their new home.

The design of the building was thoughtfully planned from the wall finishes and lighting to the carpeting. Magnolia Gardens features many areas for our residents to enjoy such as the Library, Chapel and the spacious Activity Room with kitchen.  Our activity program is robust and provides everything from exercise to seminars to entertainment.  We also offer beauty/barber shop services in our spacious salon.  

For residents who enjoy the outdoors, our two centrally located, secure courtyards provide ample opportunity for fresh air and relaxation.  Small pets are permitted with pet authorization.  Our recently expanded Therapy Center gives our residents plenty of opportunities to remain fit and active through on-site physical therapy.

Our lovely dining room invites you to gather with friends for mealtimes. We offer three delicious, nutritious and beautifully prepared meals daily, served restaurant style.  All meals are prepared on-site by our talented chefs and served by our friendly food service staff.

We also serve the needs of residents who require special diets such as non-concentrated sweets and low sodium. Snacks are offered twice daily to our residents and often in conjunction with our many activities.
