Our staff once again put on a wonderful evening of entertainment and dining for our residents and their invited guests!  Santa Claus and & Mrs. Claus stopped by to have their pictures taken.  MayNay Redmond, dressed in her Irish kilt,  entertained us with beautiful holiday songs.  The dinner menu was Stuffed Pears, Roast Turkey or Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Sweet Potato Casserole, Bread Stuffing, Broccoli with Cheddar Cheese and a delicious assortment of pies, cheesecakes and other sweet items for dessert.  Everyone had a marvelous time toasting one another with eggnog or sparkling cider.    click here for photos

What a wonderful surprise for our residents to see all of our staff dressed in costumes for our Halloween Party!  As always, the music performance with Tommy Stanley was terrific.  Delicious cookies were prepared and decorated by our dietary department.  The "Little Red Wagon" overflowed with candy treats for everyone.  We even had a few kiddies show up in costume to the delight of all.  Even some of our residents got into the spirit and dressed up too! click here for photos

Tuesday, October 11th: Pasta with Sinatra

That's Italian Tuesday was celebrated with "Buon Cibo, Buon Vino, Buoni Amici" meaning "Good Food, Good Wine, Good Friends"!  Our residents enjoyed the ambiance of fine dining at Magnolia Bistro.  They chose from Eggplant Parmesan or Chicken w/Broccoli Fettucini Alfredo, accompanied with a fine glass of vino, while listening to the sounds of Sinatra!  click here for photos

Friday, July 1st: Patriotic Celebration

Residents and staff enjoyed the wonderful BBQ perfectly prepared by the "Red, White & Blue Crew" which included BBQ Ribs & Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans and Vicki's World Famous Potato Salad!  Everyone made sure to leave room for ice cold watermelon and waffle ice cream cones! After the fabulous feast, the very talented Tommy Stanley entertained the residents with a wide variety of songs and ending with a beautiful patriotic tribute.  Pictures were taken in the "photo booth" to instantly become Uncle Sam and The Statue of Liberty!  As you can see, residents and staff were all true to the red, white and blue!  Click here to see photos
