Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for occupancy in Magnolia Gardens, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Meet Florida assisted living statutory requirements.
- Provide necessary financial documentation.
- Submit a $25.00 application fee.
- Agree to a criminal background check. Applicants who have a record of criminal activity that threatens the life, health, saftey, possessions, or right to peaceful enjoyment of other residents, or drug-related criminal activity are not eligible for occupancy.
- Submit a $300 security deposit upon choosing an apartment.
